Planning Engineer

Synopsis

The Production Planning Engineer reports to the Lead Production Planning Engineer and ensures that Etihad Airway’s safety, airworthiness and economic objectives are met in an efficient manner using capacity planning tools. The Production Planning Engineer ensures that a proactive and integrated approach is adopted towards the capacity planning for the Line, Light Maintenance departments. The role is responsible for monitoring resource and facility requirements to cater to maintenance tasks in accordance with the approved AMP and Etihad Maintenance Policy.

Accountabilities

• Develops project plans to deliver the business requirements as requested by Lead Production Planning Engineer.
• Monitors the processes within Technical Operations to provide a seamless and efficient workflow, managing the program to ensure all milestones and objectives are achieved.
