Planning Engineer - Construction management

Planning Engineer To plan and integrate the operations of an organisation and optimise resource utilization. To monitor and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities 1. Production planning & scheduling: Lead production planning and forecasting to optimize team utilization and reduce operating costs. Develop a detailed Master Production Schedule (MPS) in close collaboration with the production team every week for both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) products. Coordinate with the factory team to prepare factory layouts and conduct weekly mould planning aligned with the MPS. Monitor daily production performance and conduct delay analysis; visit sites or factories as needed to address any issues affecting production or erection schedules. Prepare detailed dispatch and erection schedules for individual projects, and support communication between production, dispatch, and site project teams to ensure timely execution.
