JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Create, monitor, coordinate with the Headquarter and Project Team in the planning and implementation of the technical requirements in the construction work;
• Reporting on the progress of the construction work and properly resolving all conflicts.
• Provide actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from the project team.
• Ensuring all works are proceeding as programmed, carried out based on established method statements/procedures and specification;
• Evaluate and analyze with team risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans to mitigate.
• Able to take lead to prepare project internal delay analysis, review and prepare EOT submission on any event of delays.
• To deliver and/or provide support and/or assist in ad-hoc tasks or any new tasks, as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
