PLANNING ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION SITE - KL & JOHOR)

Job purpose :Responsible to plan, monitor and execute project activities in accordance to project schedule and budget given by the Project Manager.

Accountabilities:

·       To ensure that project is completed within contract period.

·       To participate actively in the overall planning and programming of the project.

·       To review and monitor performance of the project against the master / monthly program.

·       To ensure that project objectives are communicated to the site team including sub-contractors and that the associated key actions are implemented and monitored for compliance.

·       To take responsibility for client requirements on site in particular of all trade inspection; testing & commissioning; method & procedure.

·       To confirm all site instructions in writing and keep records especially on variation details.
