Planning Engineer

· Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiations and performance monitoring

· Prepare bidding documents and conduct bid evaluation to select suppliers and subcontractors

· Source and pre-qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors according to project requirements and each activity scope

· Analyze and compare prices, quotations, and commercial conditions usingMicrosoft Excel

· Receive task instructions and work direction directly from a Korean Project Manager

· Coordinate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to support project progress

Requirements

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement and/or subcontract management for infrastructure or building projects

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. cost comparison, quotation analysis, data organization)
