Planning Engineer

Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.
Assist Planning Section Head in all DATEM Projects concerns
Prepare Overall Master Schedule
Study, Prepare, Verify and Reconcile Project Time Extension Claim
Visit DATEM Projects to oversee all site concerns are monitored and in order
Manages project site works in accordance with schedule
Inform the Junior Planning Engineers regarding the concerns of the Management
Conduct Training and Seminar for Project Planning Engineers
Maintain records and composes correspondence relative to work
Attends meetings and project conferences to discuss department operations, proposals and techniques for the resolution of the problems
Prepare Executive Weekly and Monthly Summary Reports for the Management
Prepare Project Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
