Planning Engineer

Major responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules (Level 1–4), WBS, activity sequencing, and baseline programs using P6, MSP and CREC Excel WP.
• Monitor progress across all disciplines from site development, electro-mechanical installations and commissioning, and compare performance against the baseline.
• Reviews and endorses projects progress reports, S-curves, dashboards, manpower and equipment histograms, and productivity analyses.
• Plan and forecast resource requirements and coordinate with procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and execution through project planners.
• Identify critical and near-critical paths, assess schedule risks, and recommend mitigation, recovery, or catch-up plans.
• Support coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, O&M and client teams through regular meetings and schedule updates.
