Job Summary : (to be assigned at Greenhills, San Juan City)
The Planning and Engineering Head is responsible for leading and overseeing all planning, design, and engineering functions within construction or infrastructure projects.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Architecture
Must be a Licensed Architect
At least 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or head role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp) and planning tools (GIS, BIM).
High-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation.
Key Responsibilities
Reports to the Operations Head of the company.
Oversee the whole Planning & Engineering Department.
