Our company is looking for an organized, independent, and self-motivated Planning Executive that will ensure the company's strategy is adhered to and carried out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit planning applications including Development Orders, layout plans, and planning approvals.
• Assist in the preparation and review of masterplans for development projects, ensuring alignment with planning guidelines and development objectives.
• Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, and consultants to obtain necessary approvals.
• Conduct land use, zoning, and feasibility assessments to support development planning.
• Ensure all development proposals comply with statutory requirements, local plans, and planning policies.
