The Planning Global Process Owner (GPO) plays a critical role in shaping how Planning contributes to Werfen’s business performance. This role acts as the global architect, orchestrator and capability builder of Planning processes, ensuring standardized, scalable and future‑ready ways of working across regions, markets and divisions. By driving stabilization, harmonization and continuous innovation, the GPO enables better decision‑making, improved customer service,optimized cash flow and sustainable cost efficiency.
