Job Description

The Challenges
Prepare project briefs of the proposed township.

Prepare Procurement Strategies (PS) together with the scope of works for the appointment of master plan team of consultants.

Provide inputs and recommendations on aspects of urban development in determining the best and most effective way to plan for development.

Ensure incorporation of ESG/SDG into the proposed master plan

Interaction with other business units, departments and professionals for innovative products

Coordinating with Program Management Unit and Project Teams in achieving milestones for approval. Provide inputs and recommendations for an effective way to procure approvals in time.

Organizing/ facilitating workshops among stakeholders of projects to promote dialogues and recognize different perspectives.
