Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and provide development for the Planning team.
• Drive Planning team to meet KPIs i.e. CRD, FCD, OTD, Manufacturing Cycle Time etc.
• Oversee Planning team's critical escalation and assist to coordinate and drive OSATs for status updates, recovery or improvement plans.
• Coordinate and liaise with other cross functional teams to ensure good teamwork and execution.
• Analyze and identify risks associated with lead times, production capacity, supply chain and proactively. address them to ensure business continuity and meeting revenue targets.
• Review forecast and work with Sales on higher forecast accuracy to ensure the accuracy of forecast to foundries, OSATs and suppliers to secure fab, assembly and test capacities.
• Participate in the Supplier Performance Evaluation process periodically.
• Ensure compliance with Finance on all the Planning process related transactions and records.
