Planning Manager

Responsibilities: -

• Work closely with owner, design team and project managers to lead the development of a comprehensive project plan, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion of engineering, procurement, and construction;
• Coordinate and liaise with Construction Managers, Site teams, Subcontractors to plan and monitor the status and progress of the construction works to ensure that the Project is delivered on time;
• Work in collaboration with project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting;
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets;
