Planning Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with company goals.
• Conduct internal audits according external audit requirement to assess compliance, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational data.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure effective implementation of approved plans.
• Prepare detailed planning, audit, and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry (mandatory).
• Experience in planning, audit, or strategic analysis roles.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
