Planning Staff

The Planning Staff is responsible for supporting organizational planning activities, including operational planning, production planning, budgeting coordination, and performance monitoring. This role ensures that resources, schedules, and plans are aligned with company objectives to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in planning, production planning, or operations (fresh graduates may apply if relevant internship experience).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
