Planning Superintendent (Mine Maintenance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mine Maintenance Planning Superintendent to lead the maintenance, reliability, and performance of mobile equipment at our open pit mining operations. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of mobile fleet maintenance, including heavy earthmoving equipment such as both a 150t and an ultra-class haul truck fleet, loaders, graders, dozers, and drills and will also assume light vehicle maintenance.

The successful candidate will ensure maximum equipment availability and performance through effective maintenance planning, workforce supervision, and adherence to Vicuña’s safety, environmental, and operational standards.
