Planning Team Leader
At this time, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated candidate that will be joining the Operational Maintenance Planning management team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Planning Engineers, who are responsible for the production and delivery of a balanced, cost-effective Maintenance plans, whilst ensuring fleet compliance. This is a critical operational role, that plays an integral part in supporting Engineering approach to Every Second Counts.
The individual will help to shape and continuously improve the Operational Maintenance planning processes to meet the business challenges.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and nurture a team of TMG colleagues to maximise their potential and delivery.
