Planning/Delivery Staff

Job Summary

The Planning / Delivery Staff ensures timely and accurate production planning, material allocation, and delivery of mold and plastic injection products. This role coordinates between production, warehouse, logistics, and customers to optimize workflow, meet delivery deadlines, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and monitor production schedules based on customer orders, capacity, and resource availability.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to ensure on-time manufacturing of molds and plastic parts.
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination

• Plan and coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external logistics providers.
• Ensure finished goods are packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately and on time.
