Job Summary

The Planning / Industrial Engineer is responsible for production planning, capacity analysis, process improvement, and efficiency optimization for mold manufacturing and plastic injection operations. The role ensures on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes while maintaining quality, cost, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Control

• Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules for mold fabrication and plastic injection processes.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA, and Purchasing to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor machine loading, manpower allocation, and capacity utilization.
• Track production output, WIP, and delivery performance; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
