Job Description

Our client is consumer products manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Contributing fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate, and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
Being responsible for Management Reporting and Finance department to run daily operations smoothly and providing information with accuracy and timeliness.
Overseeing M&A activities and due diligence including managing risks and verifying the target’s performance, e.g., earnings projection and liability, etc.
Directing and leading financial and accounting functions to ensure operational effectiveness in the preparation of financial reports and to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory & regulatory requirements.
