Role Description

The Production Cost Controller acts as a strategic finance business partner to the manufacturing organization, providing in-depth cost analysis, financial modeling, and performance insights. This role focuses on optimizing production cost structures, improving ERP-driven reporting, and supporting operational decision-making in a complex, automated production environment using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Non-Negotiable Skills and Experience (Must-Haves)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Economics, or related field (HBO+).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with cost accounting and production cost variance analysis.
