Plant Controller

About the job:

As our new Plant Controller, you will be responsible for preparing periodical management reports and analyzing the income statement, balance sheet and CF statement of our Amsterdam Fertilizer plant and for the  consolidated management reporting for the ICL Europe Business Units of Amsterdam & Ludwigshafen. 

You will therefore act as a business partner for the European plants in Europe, helping them through  value added reports and analyses in order to facilitate decision making.

In more detail, you will:

• Assist in the preparation of the 5 year strategic plan, budget and forecasting for the European plants.
• Analyze BU operations to evaluate performance and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement or policy change.
