Plant Controller

PLANT CONTROLLERWe are looking for a Plant Controller to lead the plant finance function and act as a key business partner to plant leadership. This is a highly operational finance role, with strong focus on plant controlling, cost analysis, financial bridges, recoveries, reporting, budget actions, and operational performance follow-up.The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with Operations to understand plant performance, explain variances, challenge results, and drive actions that support financial objectives.Key experience / requirements:Experience in Plant Controlling, Finance Management, Cost Accounting, or similar roles within manufacturing.Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ability to translate financial results into clear operational insights and action plans.Experience supporting plant leadership with KPIs, profitability analysis, b...
