Plant Cost Accounting Senior Manager

The Plant Cost Accounting Senior Manager will guide a regional team responsible for cost analysis, operational insights, and financial performance support for manufacturing plants. This position combines people leadership, process oversight, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder collaboration. A critical focus of this role is developing capabilities within the team and building a diverse and high-performing talent pipeline.

It is highly desirable to have experience supporting manufacturing sites across multiple regions, particularly within LATAM and NOAM . Familiarity with regional operational differences and cross-border coordination will be valuable for success in this role.
