Job Description

                    Drive energy efficiency & sustainability:  Lead site energy management initiatives, audits, and improvement projects in line with ISO50001 & regulatory requirements. 
Monitor energy performance:  Track energy/water usage, implement conservation measures, and report savings & carbon reduction. 
Lead Energy Management Team:  Conduct quarterly reviews, collaborate with ESCO consultants, and submit annual reports (EUR & EEIP) to NEA. 
Maintain utility systems:  Oversee utilities availability, performance tracking, preventive maintenance, and coordination with contractors. 
Plant equipment reliability:  Ensure equipment compliance, preventive maintenance strategy, and facility management. 
Technical support & troubleshooting:  Work with maintenance and production teams for root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
