Plant Engineer / Lead Engineer

Job Summary Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Lead Engineer (Plant Engineering)

- Requires a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed college/university.
- 2 to 12 years of experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants and conventional/supercritical thermal power plants, preferably with EPC/Consultancy companies.
- Experience should cover design, proposals/bidding, engineering, procurement, and construction activities for power plants.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of fast decision-making, guiding teams of engineers, and handling project engineering activities for multiple projects.
- Familiarity with major equipment: Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Boilers/HRSG, Heat Exchangers, and Balance of Plant Equipment.
