Job Description
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer.
o Minimum of 1 year of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar energy operation and
maintenance
o Familiarity with PV/BESS/DG systems operation; actual experience is a plus
o Technical expertise in solar energy and battery systems and technologies.
o Familiarity with environmental and safety standards.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
o Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills
o Preferably residing near the project location: Mabini, Davao de Oro
