Description:
The Plant Engineer provides technical support to all site maintenance and operating groups. Design and deliver assigned projects within approved budget, schedule, and quality parameters, and in compliance with established health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and internal corporate requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory maintenance surrounding the hoist and processing plant are upheld and monitored. 
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Planning and Reliability Superintendent in reviewing site drawings and assisting in mechanical/structural reviews.
Participate in site investigations and evaluations of existing buildings structurally, including underground infrastructure. Contract third party engineering firms to assist as required.
Review drawings, prepare reports/studies.
Maintain the MOL rope record book to comply with Mining Reg. 854.
