Plant Engineer – Process

We produced and delivered 2,500+ tons of biomass fuel in our first year. Now we need an engineer to help us 5x that. This is not a maintenance-only role — you will own the plant floor, optimize production systems, and directly shape how we scale manufacturing across Pakistan.

Innovative Bioenergy is a clean energy startup that converts agricultural waste into industrial biomass fuel (pellets and briquettes) for factory heating. Founded in 2025, we have grown from a single production line in Multan to serving 30+ industrial clients across textile, food processing, pharmaceutical, and ceramics sectors with 100% client retention. We are opening 4 new production hubs by 2026. You would be joining a small, high-ownership team at a company that has achieved nine-figure revenue in its first year of operations.
