Plant Engineering Technician

Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance as per Preventive Maintenance Work Instruction.
• Ensure proper accomplishment of safety check sheet, maintenance check sheet and annual maintenance plan.
• Conduct machine troubleshooting such as parts replacement and machine adjustment.
• Assist in the analysis of defects and machine related problems in the production process as part of investigation.
• Assist/Implement improvement activities to improve machine efficiency/yield on existing machine.
• Provide report for the trouble shooting/investigation activity conducted.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Any Mechanical/Electrical/Technical vocational course
- MS Office Application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Pneumatic Control, Understands Mechanical Laws, and Electrical Hard wiring diagram, Electrical Laws Theorems, Production Process Flow, Factory Automation.
