Plant Facilities Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze facility issues affecting daily plant performance and make action plan/countermeasures to resolve particular production problems and minimize overall costs
• Evaluate facility equipment that supports plant operation, initiate improvements and verify effectiveness of improvement to increase plant production efficiency and quality
• Analyze water and energy consumption trend of plant facilities and initiate energy cost reduction activities       
• Periodically inspects existing plant facilities, significantly in the areas of depicting the condition, deficiencies, equipment/s for repairs, proposed designs/countermeasures and estimated cost of repairs to ensure early identification of facility needs     
• Evaluate job requests from customers and project proposals from Sub-contractor works to ensure that designs fall within the expected specifications and quality standards
