Knowledge & Responsibilities :-

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production schedules are met with optimal efficiency.
• Manage the entire production process from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs.
• Responsible for General Administration and guiding Maintenance & Technical Team
• Responsible for controlling other departments like Maintenance, Manufacturing, Human Resources and Quality Department.
• Technical Knowledge of Electrical, utility and mechanical machines and equipment used in Biscuit manufacturing plant.
• Coordinate with plant team for day-to-day activities.
• Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
