Plant Operations & Performance

• Own plant P&L, production output, quality, cost, and delivery metrics
• Drive capacity utilization, throughput improvement, and productivity
• Ensure seamless coordination across production, maintenance, quality, SCM, and EHS

Cost & Efficiency

• Control manufacturing costs, overheads, and working capital
• Lead Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, and cost per unit

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / GMP and statutory regulations
• Lead internal and external audits; drive CAPA and continuous improvement
• Address customer escalations and ensure root-cause resolution

EHS & Statutory

• Ensure 100% compliance with EHS norms and statutory requirements
• Promote a zero-accident culture and safety-first mindset
