Plant Head (Dry Fruits) Reports to: Director Operations/ COO Industry: Food Processing, Nuts & Dry Fruits (FMCG) About the Role Lead the Jammu manufacturing unit end‑to‑end across Production, PPC, Quality, Engineering, Utilities, Warehousing, HR/Admin, EHS, and Compliance. Deliver world‑class productivity, quality, and cost efficiency for a high‑SKU, fast‑moving food processing environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Operations Oversee complete operations: receiving, sorting, grading, roasting, seasoning, packing, and dispatch. Achieve production targets, OEE improvements, yield optimization, downtime control, and efficient changeovers. Drive daily reviews, performance dashboards, and process discipline. 2. PPC (Production Planning & Control) Lead production planning aligned with demand forecasts, SKU mix, capacity availability, and RM/PM readiness.
