Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Analyse the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect of the environment
Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management
Coach and support the site management and employees
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments annually and implement effective control measures.
Develop, implement and maintain the site HSE&S policies and programs in compliance with South African legislation and Faurecia standards.
Manage the plants emergency preparedness and response procedures.
Participate in Faurecia's HSE network
Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations
Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data, ...)
Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings...
