Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Plant Administration Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, plant administration, and workforce management for our manufacturing facility. The candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws, GMP practices, and factory administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage recruitment and manpower planning across departments
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, and shift management
• Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, leave, and contractor billing
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and performance coordination
• Organize training programs related to GMP, safety, SOPs, and food safety
