Plant I&C Engineer (Cryogenics)

The role

includes commissioning activities at ITER, supporting the Cryogenics plant and also other projects related to electrical distribution, industrial plant conventional systems and nuclear systems. The successful candidate will be integrated in a growing team of local engineers.

As part of the I&C site team, the successful candidate will be involved in:

I&C site commissioning activities: solving third party field devices issues, signal loops, actuators, instrumentation, industrial communications debugging, wiring issues (whole signal loop), software (PLC and SCADA), hardware… and perform functional tests (sequences, interlocks, specific logics…);

I&C Engineering: hook-ups, wiring/cabling diagrams, P&IDs, instrument datasheets, SAT/FAT procedures/reports, operation manuals, functional design specifications, IO lists, exchange tables, I&C architectures…;

Industrial communication protocols debugging (Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU,...
