Plant Maintenance Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

• A pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our milling equipment and facilities.
• Leads a team of maintenance technicians to perform the routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
