Plant Maintenance Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities
A pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our milling equipment and facilities.
Leads a team of maintenance technicians to perform the routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Job Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
