Plant & Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Plant & Maintenance Engineer to join our Life Sciences expert teams in Visp on a permanent contract as a consultant and support the on-site execution and coordination of maintenance and small technical projects in a cGMP biotech/pharma manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and cost‑effective maintenance execution while maintaining sufficient equipment availability, including interaction with authorities.
• Prepare and coordinate maintenance activities together with internal workshops.
• Technical project leadership for sub‑projects and small projects to optimize and implement processes, equipment, and internal workflows.
• Issue work orders, conduct technical‑commercial evaluations, capacity planning to optimize equipment and personnel utilization.
• Monitor and comply with the available budget (maintenance, production changes, and investments).
