Job Description
Lead the Plant Maintenance and Engineering team at Norbec’s new facility in Strathroy, Ontario. This hands-on role focuses on capital projects, equipment commissioning, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
As the Plant Maintenance & Engineering Department Manager, you will oversee all maintenance and engineering operations while driving the expansion of a 150,000 ft² manufacturing facility. You’ll play a vital role in project planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering teams effectively
• Oversee project documentation and technical specifications
• Provide leadership for design, construction, and installations
• Own capital project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate collaboration across departments and external suppliers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field
