Plant Maintenance Manager, Material Recovery Facility

**About the Role**

As the **Plant Maintenance Manager,** you will be responsible for overseeing activities and staff in the management of the efficient maintenance of equipment at WM's newest Material Recover Facility (MRF) in Edmonton, AB.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

+ Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.

+ Ensures that equipment is repaired and returned to service in a safe and timely manner.

+ Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.

+ Maintain CMMS data, parts inventory, and maintenance records.

+ Support startup and commissioning of new equipment.
