The Plant Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the manufacturing facility, providing leadership across production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations. This role requires a forward-thinking, ambitious leader who combines strong operational discipline with out-of-the-box thinking, a visionary mindset, and a passion for innovation and research & development to continuously advance plant performance.
The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while also challenging existing processes, supporting product and process development, and driving initiatives that move the business forward. This role balances day-to-day operational execution with longer-term improvement, capability building, and sustainable growth.
