 SUMMARY:  
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of plant operations, including production, maintenance, inventory, safety, quality, and warehouse activities.    POSITION INFO:  
Key Responsibilities  Manage daily production and plant operations.  
 Oversee production planning, inventory, and raw material availability.  
 Ensure effective maintenance programmes and equipment reliability.  
 Maintain SHERQ, quality, and environmental compliance.  
 Lead and develop production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.  
 Monitor operational performance, reporting, and scheduling.  
 Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.  
 Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.  
Requirements  Grade 12 (Matric).  
 Minimum 5 years management experience in a production/manufacturing environment   .
