Plant Manager

Operational Management: Direct daily production activities, including scheduling, shipping, and maintenance to ensure efficient workflows.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, ensuring 100% compliance with health, environmental, and legal regulations.

Performance Optimization: Analyze production data to identify waste and implement improvements to maximize output while minimizing costs.

Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage production staff and supervisors to meet company goals.

Budgeting & Reporting: Create and manage operating budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports on KPIs for corporate management.



Qualifications & Skills
