**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.
+ Build a high‑performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.
+ Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.
+ Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
+ Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field preferred
+ Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required
