Key Performance Areas
Own end-to-end production performance, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and efficiency are consistently met.
Lead and manage all production teams and shifts, ensuring alignment, discipline, and accountability on the plant floor.
Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and teams across all shifts
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations
Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering , Operations Management, or related field
