 On this occasion, our client is a Consumer Goods leading company, in a growing and transformation challenge period.

We are looking for a Plant Manager, who is a hands-on operational leader responsible for production, manufacturing operations, logistics/dispatch and maintenance. The role’s core mission is to translate strategy into daily execution on the shop floor. The position manages 2–3 key direct reports (Production, Process/Plant, Maintenance) and operates in a demanding environment with raw material shortages, automated processes and frequent changes in production priorities driven by sales.
