Plant Manager

Our client is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a complex, highly automated industrial facility in the Greater Toronto Area.

This is not a steady‑state operation. The site is in a critical phase of operational build‑out and requires a hands‑on leader to stabilize performance, implement structure, and drive continuous improvement across a multi‑process environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day‑to‑day plant operations across a multi‑building industrial site
• Drive throughput, efficiency, and operational performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Establish and refine SOPs, preventive maintenance programs, and operational standards
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of downtime and production issues
• Coach and develop frontline supervisors and production teams
• Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability
