Based in Apodaca, Monterrey, the Plant Manager is responsible for the overall administrative and operational management of the plant, ensuring efficient, compliant, and profitable business operations. This role oversees key administrative functions such as procurement and supplier management, human resources coordination, government contracts, permits, and regulatory licenses, while also leading operational activities related to production, equipment, safety, and continuous improvement.
